TowCheck Hub is built by Jim Frith, who also makes NECCalcHub and Backyard Math Hub. The goal: answer "can my truck tow this?" with real math and plain English, before you buy a truck or a camper.

How we work

Calculators use standard industry rules of thumb (10–15% tongue weight, 15–25% pin weight, 8.34 lb/gal water) and show their formulas.
We never publish model-specific specs we can't verify. Truck-vs-trailer pages use broad, generic ranges.
Every calculator is tested against hand calculations.

What we're not

We aren't engineers or your truck's manufacturer. Your door-jamb sticker, owner's manual and a CAT scale are the final word.
